Payment and conditions
Registration and payment for participation in the workshop Portrait Painting by Ben Lustenhouwer goes as follows:
1. Register by completing and submitting the form on the right.
2. After registration you will be notified whether you have been admitted. If so, you will receive a confirmation of admission.
3. After you receive this, send 30% of the total amount (€196,50) to the bank account cited below, stating first and last name and the date of your workshop. Your registration can only be confirmed when the money has been received in this bank account.
4. As soon as we receive your registration and down payment, we will confirm your registration.

The remaining amount (70% = €458,50) must be received in this bank account no later than 6 weeks before the start of the workshop.
After full payment is made, you will receive a digital invoice.
Conditions to cancellation
In the case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the registration fee of 30% of the total amount.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the workshop and full payment is made, the amount will be refunded minus the registration fee of 30%.
If you cancel within 6 weeks before the start of the workshop, no refund can be made. Should you consider taking out insurance to cover cancellation, ask your insurance agent for advice.
If the workshop cannot take place because the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to some other unforeseen circumstance, the entire amount (including the registration fee) will be refunded.
Atelier Vivre excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage, of any nature whatsoever, arising from participation in the workshop.
